Eric Neeld

Vice President of Customer Relations

As the leader of ReloOlogy’s Operations team, Eric’s primary responsibilities center around customer service/satisfaction, production efficiency within his team, accuracy, efficiency of all reports produced, and overall product delivery. After serving over ten years with a leading national inspection services provider, Eric was instrumental in launching ReloOlogy in 2013. Eric has over 20 years of inspection management experience, attended Allentown Business School, and is affiliated with InterNACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and PSMA (Pennsylvania Septage Management Association).

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling across the country (“road trips”) with his partner of over 20 years, as well as his “fur baby” Kylo, as often as possible.

Eric currently resides and works from our Bensalem, PA, office.

I fully appreciate how crucial it is to develop and solidify long-term relationships with our customers. Customer service is my top priority, and I take this very seriously. On top of providing the top-notch service our customers are accustomed to, one of my goals is for our customers to have such a comfort level with us that they call to say hi and let us know how they are doing. That means the world to me.
