Josh Rihn, CRP

President & Owner

Josh joined ReloOlogy after holding numerous senior management positions, having worked for 14 years with a top Fortune 100 company. He brings multiple years of corporate human resources experience, including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, career development, and management.

During his tenure in corporate human resources, Josh spent several years coordinating the relocation of company transferees and was the primary liaison between the company and the relocation management company.

Josh is passionate about people and results, which drives ReloOlogy’s culture and personal life. In his spare time, you often find him working in the yard, exercising at the gym, frequently meeting with friends and family, and playing the piano.

He has earned and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation from Worldwide ERC®.

Josh currently resides and works from the Dallas, TX office.
